With foundations in childhood dance, she discovered yoga at 17 and began with Ashtanga before expanding into broader traditions. She later completed her 200hr and 300hr teacher trainings in India, deepening her knowledge and dedication.

Her journey includes African dance, hip hop, salsa, bachata, Brazilian rhythms, contact improvisation, urban styles, Ecstatic Dance, and intuitive embodiment practices in Buenos Aires. Her teaching explores fluidity, expression, and embodied presence.

Evening classes are designed to help you unwind and integrate the day through steady sequencing, conscious breathwork, longer-held postures, and mindful transitions. The pace allows tension to soften gradually, supporting mobility, nervous system regulation, mental clarity, and emotional balance. Wake Up, Flow & Shine

At Imbibe Body Therapy, we’re delighted to welcome Avishag to guide our morning yoga classes.

For over four years, Avishag has travelled the world exploring healing, movement, nature, and culture, inspired by the connection between body, mind, and spirit. Beginning in childhood dance, she discovered yoga at 17 and fell in love. Starting with Ashtanga, she later completed her 200hr and 300hr teacher trainings in India, deepening her practice and devotion.

Her journey has also included African dance, hip hop, salsa, bachata, Brazilian rhythms, contact improvisation, urban styles, Ecstatic Dance, and intuitive embodiment practices in Buenos Aires. Her work explores fluidity, expression, and presence — on land and in water.

Her morning classes focus on simple, steady, foundational movement to gently wake the body, support mobility and circulation, build strength, and regulate the nervous system — leaving you grounded, clear, and ready for the day. Classes may vary to suit the group’s energy.

What an amazing massage, release my physical pain to allow energies to move freely.
Went for a massage with Naomi as my neck and should were in full spasm and had low movement. Left with full movement and no pain.
On a spiritual level I received an answer to an internal battle I have had going on for weeks. Remember what my life passion is and how I should be working in that area.
