Exmouth has been part of my story since my teenage years, and it’s a true honour to offer my work in a place that feels like home. My practice is rooted in holistic wellbeing — supporting the body, mind and energy as one.
Since October 2024, I’ve been completing my KaHuna Bodywork apprenticeship, training in the traditional Hawaiian art of Lomi Lomi. This flowing, full-body massage works with long, rhythmic strokes to encourage circulation, release tension and restore energetic flow. Lomi Lomi supports lymphatic movement, joint mobility, stress relief and deep relaxation — leaving you grounded, renewed and reconnected.
For those who prefer deeper pressure, Lomi Lomi Deep Tissue incorporates slow forearm and body-weight techniques to gently release chronic tightness and muscular tension.
My holistic facials combine botanical skincare with Lomi Lomi massage to detoxify, hydrate and restore a natural glow. I also offer Lava Shell massage — a deeply soothing, heat-based treatment inspired by Polynesian healing traditions.
Beyond bodywork, I offer Astrology birth chart readings, profections and transit sessions, along with intuitive Tarot guidance — supporting clarity, self-awareness and alignment.
